During pandemic I’ve found more time reading books. Last one is The Digital Transformation Playbook. The book explains underlying concepts of digital era which are reqired to craft a successful strategy. Digitial transformation’s 5 domains (customers, competition, data, innovation and value proposition ) are analyzed in detail. You will also find useful tools and frameworks which can be used for your digital transformation efforts.

Last part “Mastering Disruptive Business Models” is written in academic, pragmatic approach would be better.

Finally, there is nothing new about digital tranformation but you can find fundamentals.
